Extreme distractibility or "zoning out”

Now you may relate to a couple of these but are great at rest of them. ADD/ADHD symptoms can manifest in so many ways that if I was to list them all I’d probably loss you half way down the page. Unharnessed and unfocused, your thoughts, your plans your good intentions jumble together, get lost and complicate the daily tasks of working, going to school, or just plain living!
Once you have the right structure and learn to harness those horses and have them under your control you will start to meet your goals and live a fulfilling and successful life! You may or may not have had the experience of feeling great power in some areas of your life as you can focus on somethings but need help adapting that power to other areas you struggle with.
